Israeli Ministerial Committee Approves Imprisonment of 5 Years for Speaking the Truth About October 7, 2023
Here’s the Truth: The Hamas Attack on October 7, 2023 Was a False Flag Operation
I am unlocking this article. It is being sent to both paid and free subscribers. In return, I ask that you read this article and send it to at least ten people. Each of your recipients could then do the same. The purpose is to disseminate, as widely as possible, the fact that October 7, 2023 was a false flag operation.
On February 5, 2024, The Jerusalem Post reported:
“The Israeli Ministerial Committee for Legislative Affairs approved three bills initiated by Otzma Yehudit MK Almog Cohen, Yisrael Beytenu MK Oded Forer, and Likud MK Moshe Passal, Walla reported on Sunday.
The bills include the deportation of families of terrorists, imprisonment for those who deny the Hamas massacre on October 7, and compensation for ZAKA volunteers.
Regarding deportation for families of terrorists, deportation will only be enforced if it's proven that the relatives knew in advance of the terror attack, expressed support for it, or issued words of praise, sympathy, or encouragement for the act of terrorism.
The bill approved by Yisrael Beytenu MK Oded Forer prohibits the denial of the October 7 massacre. According to the proposal, anyone who publishes, in writing or orally, things that deny the massacre or downplays it or publishes praise, sympathy, or identification with the actions committed by Hamas in the events of that day - will be sentenced to five years in prison.
The explanation for the bill reads: ‘The denial of the massacre constitutes an attempt to rewrite history already at this stage, in an attempt to hide, minimize, and facilitate the crimes committed against the Jewish people and the State of Israel.’”
The Hamas Attack on October 7, 2023 Was a False Flag Operation: An Independent Investigation Is Required
Historically, the term “false flag” has been used to refer to a military or political operation carried out with the intention of blaming an opponent for it, often as a pretext for going to war.
The Hamas attack of October 7, 2023 was a false flag operation carried out as a pretext for the Israeli-U.S. genocide campaign in Gaza.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas freedom fighters breached the Gaza-Israel barrier, attacking Israeli civilian communities and military bases as well as a music festival near Re’im. The final death toll from the attack is guesstimated to be 695 Israeli civilians, including 36 children, as well as 373 security forces and 71 foreigners, giving a total of 1,139.
The vast majority of Israeli and foreign civilians were killed by Israeli security forces, not Hamas freedom fighters.
I. Israel Knew Hamas’s Attack Plan More Than a Year Ago
A. Egypt Warned Israel
On October 9, 2023, the Times of Israel published an article titled “Egypt intelligence official says Israel ignored repeated warnings of ‘something big’”.
Egypt alleges that Israel ignored its repeated attempts to warn them of something “big” coming from Hamas.
The Times of Israel reports:
“Mounting questions over Israel’s massive intelligence failure to anticipate and prepare for a surprise Hamas assault were compounded when an Egyptian intelligence official said that Jerusalem had ignored repeated warnings that the Gaza-based terror group was planning ‘something big’ - which included an apparent direct notice from Cairo’s intelligence minister to the prime minister. The Egyptian official said Egypt, which often serves as a mediator between Israel and Hamas, had spoken repeatedly with the Israelis about “something big”, without elaborating. We have warned them an explosion of the situation is coming, and very soon, and it would be big. But they underestimated such warnings, the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to discuss the content of sensitive intelligence discussions with the media, told The Associated Press.”
The Times of Israel writes: “In one of the said warnings, Egypt’s Intelligence Minister General Abbas Kamel personally called Netanyahu only 10 days before the massive attack that Gazans were likely to do ‘something unusual, a terrible operation’, according to the Ynet news site.”
B. The Jericho Wall Document
On November 30, 2023, The New York Times (“NYT”) published an article titled “Israel Knew Hamas’s Attack Plan More Than a Year Ago”. The NYT article reports “Israeli officials obtained Hamas’s battle plan for the Oct. 7 terrorist attack more than a year before it happened, documents, emails and interviews show…. The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities code-named ‘Jericho Wall’, outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people.”
The NYT further reports “Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision. The document called for a barrage of rockets at the outset of the attack, drones to knock out the security cameras and automated machine guns along the border, and gunmen to pour into Israel en masse in paragliders, on motorcycles and on foot - all of which happened on Oct. 7. The plan also included details about the location and size of Israeli military forces and communication hubs.”
The NYT states “…in July, just three months before the attacks, a veteran analyst with Unit 8200, Israel’s signals intelligence agency, warned that Hamas had conducted an intense, daylong training exercise that appeared similar to what was outlined in the blueprint….But a colonel in the Gaza division brushed off her concerns, according to encrypted emails viewed by The Times….“I utterly refute that the scenario is imaginary,” the analyst wrote in the email exchanges. The Hamas training exercise, she said, fully matched ‘the content of Jericho Wall’…. “It is a plan designed to start a war,’ she added. ‘It’s not just a raid on a village.’”
The Jericho Wall document, so named after the ancient fortifications in the present-day West Bank, outlines a strategy of using rocket attacks to divert Israeli soldiers into shelters and deploying drones to neutralize the sophisticated security apparatus along the border fence that divides Israel and Gaza. According to this plan, Hamas freedom fighters would then breach the wall at 60 locations, enabling a coordinated incursion into Israel. The document opens with a quotation from the Quran: “Surprise them through the gate. If you do, you will certainly prevail.”
The NYT writes “One of the most important objectives outlined in the document was to overrun the Israeli military base in Re’im, which is home to the Gaza division responsible for protecting the region. Hamas carried out that objective on Oct. 7, rampaging through Re’im and overrunning parts of the base.”
On July 6, 2023, an experienced analyst from Unit 8200 alerted fellow intelligence professionals that a significant number of Hamas commandos had recently participated in intensive training drills. These exercises, observed by top Hamas leaders, simulated the downing of Israeli aircraft and the hostile takeover of both a kibbutz and a military academy, resulting in the hypothetical elimination of all cadets. The analyst noted in her email, which was later reviewed by The Times, that the Hamas operatives employed a specific Quranic phrase during the drill, identical to one found in the plan for the Jericho Wall attack.
She cautioned that this exercise mirrored the tactics and objectives outlined in the Jericho Wall plan, suggesting that Hamas was actively developing capabilities to execute such an operation.
II. Stand Down of Israeli Security Forces for Seven Hours on October 7, 2023
General Michael Flynn, the former Director of the United States Defense Intelligence Agency, states that “there was a decision made to have a security stand down, on the 7th of October, for 7 hours.” Given that the Israel-Gaza border is the most secure border in the world and Israel/U.S. have the best intelligence in the world, it appears that Israel and the Israel Defense Forces (“IDF”) allowed the Hamas attack to happen, so Israel could justify its genocide/ethnic cleansing campaign in Palestine, and the forced relocation of the Palestinian population.
General Flynn asserts that the IDF did in fact stand down for seven hours on October 7, 2023. Flynn states “They should all be removed from their positions, pending the outcome of a major, serious investigation to determine what caused the breakdown of security on the seventh of October, because now, fast-forward to….the third month of this thing, it doesn’t look like it has any happy ending and looks like it’s going to go on and on. And we have all kinds of weapons systems being used against U.S. forces now throughout that region. So this thing is getting really bad, and it’s because there was a decision made to have a security stand-down on the seventh of October for seven hours….I’m telling you, folks, that wasn’t done out of happenstance. That’s not a coincidence. Somebody made that decision…., because there’s no way in the world for the security breakdown the Israelis had on that day.”
In sum, it is strongly alleged that Israeli leaders facilitated the murder of Israeli and foreign civilians, so they could push their geopolitical agenda.
III. Israel Intentionally Killed Its Own Citizens on October 7, 2023
Following the events of October 7, 2023, during the Hamas freedom fighters attack on Israel, emerging reports and investigations are bringing new perspectives to light regarding the casualties incurred on that day. Contrary to initial reports, recent evidence suggests that the Israeli response may have resulted in large numbers of Israeli and foreign civilian casualties that day - quite possibly the vast majority of deaths may be attributed to Israel’s response, not Hamas freedom fighters. This growing body of evidence undermines the official Israeli narrative of “Hamas terrorists” attacking Israel with the sole intent of slaughtering civilians.
Notably, Israeli journalists Ronen Bergman and Yoav Zitun, known for their extensive military and intelligence connections, have published an investigative piece. They report that on October 7, 2023, the Israeli military command implemented a directive that prioritized preventing the capture of Israeli citizens “at any cost” - even at the risk of Israeli lives. This strategy led to Israeli forces targeting vehicles believed to be carrying captives, resulting in civilian casualties. They reveal that “some 70 vehicles” driven by Hamas freedom fighters returning to Gaza were destroyed by Israeli helicopter gunships, drones or tanks. Many of these vehicles contained Israeli captives.
The so-called ‘Hannibal Directive’, an unofficial military protocol named after the Carthaginian general Hannibal, was reportedly enacted to deter the capture of Israelis by Hamas freedom fighters, possibly leading to their use in prisoner exchanges.
Hamas asserts that their military actions targeted Israeli military installations and personnel, not civilians. They claim their intent was to capture, not to kill, Israeli civilians and to engage Israeli soldiers.
Bergman and Zitun’s article also includes details about the destruction of communications infrastructure by Hamas freedom fighters, which they report as severely impacting Israel’s response capabilities during the initial stages of the attack.
Interviews with attack helicopter pilots show that they had been ordered to “shoot at everything” moving between Israel’s frontier settlements and Gaza. The instruction was to stop ‘at any cost’ any attempt by Hamas terrorists to return to Gaza. Acting on the orders of young officers from the so-called “Fire Canopy” mobile command center, attack helicopter pilots were also told: “You have permission to open fire until further notice - and throughout the entire area.”
Israeli news media has shown footage of tank operators firing at Israeli homes inside the kibbutzim during the battles with the Palestinian resistance on October 7th. An Israeli air force colonel has admitted that October 7th was a “mass Hannibal” event and that their drones had blown up Israeli homes that day.
Additionally, the involvement of dozens of operatives from Israel’s domestic torture and assassination secret police agency, the Shin Bet, participated in the battles of October 7th. It is estimated that ten of the Israeli casualties classified as civilians were armed Shin Bet officers.
IV. Atrocities Allegedly Committed by Hamas Freedom Fighters Were Fabricated by Israel and the Zionist-Controlled Media
The Zionist Nation-State of Israel clearly understands the importance of atrocity propaganda in a false flag operation which is designed to justify genocide.
On October 12, 2023, the Electronic Intifada published an article titled “Biden lied about seeing photos of beheaded Israeli children”.
The Electronic Intifada reports:
“As Israel pursues its indiscriminate bombardment of Gaza, it is exploiting unverified claims of atrocities to lay the justification for its campaign of mass destruction and starvation of its 2.3 million people - half of them children - who are cut off from food, water and electricity. In the absence of a full, independent investigation of what took place since Hamas fighters launched their offensive across the boundary on Saturday, the Israeli military and political leadership have been feeding world leaders and media with shocking claims that have not been independently verified.”
The article points out “The claims that Hamas fighters had beheaded 40 children in the Israeli settlement of Kfar Aza near the Gaza boundary were splashed all over the front pages of British newspapers, Israeli media and circulated widely on social media. It was amplified by a spokesperson for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who asserted that women, children, toddlers and elderly people were ‘brutally butchered in an ISIS way of action.’ However even the Israeli army - normally not slow to accuse Palestinians of any crime - refused to confirm the report.”
Britain’s biggest newspapers are all leading with unsourced atrocity propaganda that even the IDF refuses to confirm.
As recent atrocity accounts have circulated, Sarah Leah Whitson, previously the Middle East director for Human Rights Watch, cautioned unless there are solid facts (beyond mere allegations) substantiating the horrific claims of decapitated infants and widespread rape and sexual assault - claims that the Israeli army states it cannot verify - it’s advisable to refrain from declaring their occurrence.
V. The Israeli Cover-Up
The families of the remaining Israeli captives held in Gaza, many of whom accuse the government of a “cover-up”, are trying to pressure the government to agree to a prisoner exchange deal with Hamas. Asa Kasher, the author of the Israeli army’s code of “ethics”, agrees with the families that an investigation is needed immediately, wrote Haaretz, and that this should not wait until the end of the war in Gaza. Haaretz meant to write “this should not wait until the end of the genocide campaign in Gaza”.
Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari, the chief military spokesman, acknowledged the army owes the public an explanation. But he said now is not the time. “First, we fight, then we investigate,” he said.
Hagari is wrong. Now is the time to investigate. Memories fade over time. The world has a right to know the truth.
Conclusion
1. Egypt Warned Israel
Egypt had repeatedly warned Israel that Hamas was planning “something big”. The Times of Israel writes: “In one of the said warnings, Egypt’s Intelligence Minister General Abbas Kamel personally called Netanyahu only 10 days before the massive attack that Gazans were likely to do ‘something unusual, a terrible operation,’ according to the Ynet news site.”
2. The Jericho Wall Document
The NYT reports “Israeli officials obtained Hamas’s battle plan for the Oct. 7 terrorist attack more than a year before it happened, documents, emails and interviews show…. The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities code-named ‘Jericho Wall,’ outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people.”
3. There was a Deliberate Decision Made to Have a Security Stand-Down, on October 7, 2023, for 7 hours
Rather than acting on this intelligence, Israel ordered a stand-down of its security forces and intelligence-gathering at the precise moment when the attack took place. It appears that Israel and the IDF allowed the Hamas attack to happen.
4. Israel Intentionally Killed Its Own Citizens on October 7, 2023
Contrary to initial reports, recent evidence suggests that the Israeli response resulted in large numbers of Israeli and foreign civilian casualties that day - quite possibly the vast majority of deaths may be attributed to Israel’s response, not Hamas freedom fighters. This growing body of evidence undermines the official Israeli narrative of “Hamas terrorists” attacking Israel with the sole intent of slaughtering civilians.
5. Atrocities Allegedly Committed by Hamas Freedom Fighters Were Fabricated by Israel and Reported by the Zionist-Controlled Media
These five facts, taken in their entirety, make it difficult for any reasonable person to refute the fact that the Hamas attack of October 7, 2023 was a false flag operation carried out as a pretext for the Israeli-U.S. genocide campaign in Gaza. In sum, Israeli leaders facilitated the murder of Israeli and foreign civilians, with the intention of blaming Hamas freedom fighters for them, so they could push their geopolitical agenda.
Given that the Balfour Declaration and the British Mandate were drafted by and for Zionists without any consideration for the rights of the Palestinians, the ongoing annexation of Palestinian land, the acts of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and apartheid which are being committed against the Palestinian people by the Zionist Nation-State of Israel, and the fact that Israel intentionally killed its own citizens on October 7, 2023 as a pretext for the Israeli-U.S. genocide campaign in Gaza, a very strong legal argument could be made that the Zionist Nation-State of Israel is not now nor has it ever been an entity worthy of recognition by the international community. The Zionist Nation-State of Israel should be dissolved. The entire State of Palestine must be returned to the Palestinians.
