The Journal of Accountability newsletter analyzes the federal judicial system critically as a systemic problem and advocates for judicial accountability and transparency as part of a systemic solution.
While the media focuses the American public’s attention on the executive and legislative branches, this newsletter explores how the public’s inability to hold miscreant federal judges accountable and the lack of transparency of the federal judicial branch pose the greatest danger to American democracy due to the loss of public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary which, in turn, negatively affects every segment of American society.
America has allowed the self-proclaimed elite to corrupt its values. Corporate money saturates U.S. elections. Lobbyists draft U.S. legislation. The U.S. federal judicial system protects the corporations. Federal judges are perceived to be merely political ideologues who consistently fail to protect the integrity of the judicial branch and uphold the public trust. The executive, legislative, and judicial branches have blended into one bureaucratic morass. The proliferation of corruption in each of the three branches has something in common: each is the result of ego, greed, lack of transparency, and lack of accountability.

About Brian J. Donovan
Brian J. Donovan is an attorney, engineer, and author. His most recent book, “Collusion - Judicial Discretion vs. Judicial Deception: The Impending Meltdown of the United States Federal Judicial System,” represents the first effort to view multidistrict litigation from a legal practitioner’s perspective. Brian is the founder of Donovan Law Group, PLLC, the co-founder of ChinAmerica Legal Advisors, PLLC, a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point, NY, and a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, Syracuse, NY. He has over forty-six years of international business development and complex business litigation experience. Brian is considered to be a leading authority on the U.S. federal judicial system, multidistrict litigation, cryptocurrency legislation and regulation, and civil RICO.
As a result of having lived and worked throughout the world, Brian fully appreciates and can readily address the peculiar complexities often associated with international business transactions.
